One of the best ways to find out what is selling on eBay is to visit the eBay affiliate section of their website. There are several reports that show what is super hot on eBay and what is just hot on eBay. The report is broken down into several broad categories. Each section shows what is super hot to just hot for categories within the broad categories. The truth is that it is easier for you to see the report than for me to try to describe it. The other report is a keyword list report. This list show all of the top keyword searches on eBay. The reason this is important is because you want to know what people are searching for and then see if anyone is supplying that item. There are software packages that basically do the same thing and they only cost a few dollars. The software will search for what people are wanting on eBay, which would be the demand for the product. The software then searches to see if any eBay sellers are supplying the product, which would be the supply. I use one of the software programs and it saves me a tremendous amount of time finding the hot products. Once you have this information you will be able to find the niche products that you should be selling on eBay.
Of course, if you find an item to sell you will need to find a reliable wholesale source of the product or a drop shipper who can supply you with the hot item. There are several ways of finding drop shippers and wholesalers. One way is by using the internet. Unfortunately there are many scammers on the internet so beware. There are companies that will supply you with a list of wholesalers and drop shippers but finding a reliable company can be tricky.
If you want to find top selling items on eBay there are several ways to do it. The bottom line is that if you put the work into finding the hot items it should payoff in the long run.
